Brian Shawver is the founder and President of Security Pros, bringing over 39 years of small business leadership experience in Central Oregon. He holds a degree in Business Management from Linfield College and has built a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted voices in security and business operations.

Deeply involved in the local business community, Brian served as Chairman of the Board for Opportunity Knocks, a nonprofit supporting entrepreneurial leadership. He is a long-standing member of the editorial board for Cascade Business News and was honored in 2006 as one of CBN’s original “40 Under 40” award recipients.

Brian’s affiliations include Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO), the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), and the Greater Bend Rotary Club. He currently serves on the City of Bend Police Chief’s Advisory Council (PCAC). He is also a Life Member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and an active member of ASIS International, the global association for security professionals.

A native Oregonian and resident of Bend since 1984, Brian is committed to the region’s economic development and public safety. Under his leadership, Security Pros has become the largest locally owned security firm in Central Oregon.

Dianna E. Shawver
Vice President

Dianna Shawver serves as Vice President of Security Pros, overseeing business operations, accounting, and systems management. She brings more than 30 years of professional experience in Central Oregon, including nearly a decade as a Senior Business Analyst with a leading Bend-based software firm.

In her previous role, Dianna led implementation of complex utility billing and customer service systems for municipal clients across the U.S. and Canada. Her work in business technology and operations earned her a Women in Business award from Cascade Business News in 2007.

Dianna is a longtime member of the Bend and Redmond Chambers of Commerce, the Human Resource Association of Central Oregon, and Opportunity Knocks. She is a graduate of Bend High School and Central Oregon Community College, and has lived in Bend since 1975.

Her leadership has helped shape Security Pros into a well-structured, client-focused company with a reputation for precision, accountability, and excellence.
